About Us
The Efficient Parent was created by Kristie May after the birth of her first child at age 38, and after struggling to conceive again.
She felt overwhelmed by conflicting information, unanswered questions, and the immense pressure that comes with the attempts to conceive, as well as being a first-time parent.
Kristie wanted to use her skills and qualifications in science, fitness, education, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP to support new parents, so they didn’t suffer the anxiety and confusion that came from trying to have a baby and then becoming a new parent.
The focus is on enjoying the experience, being informed and educated on what to do and expect, and being confident and resilient when it comes to pressure from yourself and others.
Your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing as a parent, is just as important as your baby's health and wellbeing.
